Thank you for 5 years of incredible opportunities! The Glantz team is always finding a way to blend creativity with business strategy to make sure we deliver a good product, but also have fun while doing it. I’ve learned so much from so many exceptional individuals along the way, and can’t thank you all enough for your trust in the power of strategic design. Not only have you all been synergetic partners, you’ve proven that success comes from mindful, humble, involved collaboration. Here are some of my top 5 moments working with Glantz over the last 5 years, and why I can’t thank these partners enough for entrusting us to make your brands shine✨ A HUGE thank you to: Sonny Sultani , for collaborating with us time and time again to bring the most methodical of ideas to life with your eye for creativity and attention to detail. Your search for visual harmony in a world of data is one of the reasons I love what I do. Ken Fleming and Lisa Henthorn, for breaking down the complexity that is shipping operations so that even the most inexperienced salesperson could tell a compelling story. Ken, we couldn’t do it without your white board masterpieces, and Lisa, you are a compass that keeps teams pointed due North. Dr. Malika Viltz-Emerson, for entrusting us to elevate Microsoft presentation templates, and embarking on a mission to make deliverables more accessible and user-friendly. Your sensible directness helps teams achieve greatness. Shane Nichols and Tasha Sargent, for bravely navigating momentous change with grace —a theological seminary rebrand and university website redesign / repopulation was no small feat, but you two made every step a joyous experience. Jackie Rodgers, for one of the very first unforgettable experiences I had at Glantz—we poured our hearts and personal stories into that redesign, and found vulnerability in the process. Your reaction 5 years ago was the spark that showed me design could carry deep, emotional meaning. The fire has burned bright since. I can’t wait for the lessons ahead, and for many more opportunities to work with you all in the future! 🎊

    Senior Technical Recruiter

Feeling the love today 💖 So thankful to be a part of such a supportive team that encourages me to be the best version of myself. When I first accepted this job as a Staffing Recruiter, I wasn't sure what to expect. Throughout my career as an internal recruiter I was told the grind wouldn't be for me, or I wouldn't like the fast pace because I wouldn't have an opportunity to connect with my candidates.Fast forward one year and I can honestly say, I'm the best Recruiter I've ever been. I use tools and sourcing methods that internal recruiting peers only talked about, but never put into practice. My candidates appreciate the time I take to understand their skill sets, explain the job, and pipeline them for future roles. And I just LOVE working across multiple industries! It also doesn't hurt that everchanging priorities (sometimes by the hour), compliments my ADHD and short attention span. *Oooo something new and shiny!!!*This goes to show you that just because someone thinks something is undesirable for THEM and makes a quick judgement about YOU, doesn't mean they are right or that you will feel the same way. Sometimes, you gotta see for yourself. I'm so happy I did.Cheers to One Year 🥂 Did you know we're hiring?? Join my team as a Staffing Manager or Recruiter and let's reach new heights TOGETHER!#appreciation #anniversary #werehiring Jan A. DavisEdwin SorianoDiane CatalanLuis Mendoza

    Counter Trafficking Ops

Let's talk transparency. In leadership and organizations.Amidst a sea of organizations boasting massive budgets, claiming to combat trafficking, aid victims, support Veterans, and "rescue" women and children, there's a glaring gap between their flashy campaigns and the gritty reality. Amidst galas, celebrity endorsem*nts, and hefty salaries, what's often missing is a genuine showcase of impactful action. So - someone show me a video like this.Someone show me what they are actually doing.Someone show me their founders and "staff" working for days to cook for and plan and feed 100s of people. Multipletimes.Someone show me their unpaid team going full in on making sure families, survivors, children and veterans have a Christmas.Someone show me the behind the scenes where tens of thousands of their own personal money and 60+ hours a week per person are spent solving the problem they purport to care about.Someone show me them driving around in the middle of the night looking forfamilies and women they know need help.Someone show me their top notch teamwho does NOTHING for a paycheck and dedicated every penny raised to their mission.Someone show how they provide solutions and immediate intervention within hours of a situation.AND Someone show me all of that- with zero paycheck. Can you?Well- I can! Meet our CEO and founders, Ben & JessicaThis resonates because true transparency is not just about words—it's about revealing the relentless commitment behind the scenes. It's about showcasing a team working tirelessly, sacrificing personal resources, driving miles at odd hours, and genuinely living the mission. In a world where transparency can be uncomfortable, our CEO and co-founder defy the norm.He isn't just a leader; he's a beacon of transparency. From managing crises with an open-door policy for everyone—from the founder down to the clients—to logging thousands of miles and hours without a paycheck, he embodies what true transparency in leadership means. Why does everyone turn to him for help? Because he doesn't just speak transparency; he lives it.Our leaders don't just talk about it; they showcases it in every mile, every hour, and every action devoted to our mission. In a world full of claims, we present a leader who doesn't just talk transparency; he embodies it every day.We Fight Monsters is as transparent as they come.Do you work for an organization ? How does your team show transparency?Have you donated to an organization that you feel is transparent? I'd love to hear what you guys think!Demand transparency.Celebrate transparency.Be vulnerable and transparent and open with your team.Don't be afraid to be authentic and honest with them.Have an open door policy.Let them see you struggle.Support them when they are struggling.Dedicate your life to the mission you care about- and not for a paycheck, but because you care so much about it that you are physically incapable of ignoring the problem.

Re-imagining the Employee Experience with HR Technology

Yesterday was one of those days that remind me why I love what I do.The morning started rough, like it often does in the world of sales. But then, something amazing happened. My colleague, Ilija, recognized my efforts and nominated me for Employee of the Year! His message, filled with appreciation, turned my day around. Not only we nailed a great demo, but I also scheduled three meetings with Fortune 500 companies! This experience made me think on two things:Believe in Yourself: Even on tough mornings, remember why you started. Your determination and hard work are your most valuable assets. The Power of Team Belief: It’s one thing to believe in yourself, but having a team that believes in you is a game-changer. It boosts your morale and pushes you to achieve more than you thought possible.Ilija, thank you for your support – it means a lot!

The community and conferences play an important role in the development of technology and addressing global challenges for several reasons.🧪 Firstly, conferences provide a platform for experts and researchers to exchange ideas, share their research findings, and discuss the latest developments in their field. This collaboration and knowledge-sharing can lead to breakthroughs and advancements in technology, as well as new solutions to global challenges.🌍 Secondly, conferences offer an opportunity to network and build relationships with other professionals in the field. These relationships can lead to partnerships, collaborations, and new ideas that can help to drive innovation and progress.👩🔬 Thirdly, conferences provide a forum for stakeholders from different sectors to come together and discuss issues of mutual concern. This can lead to a better understanding of the challenges we face as a global community and help to identify areas where technology can be applied to address these challenges. And do not forget from data scientists to nanotechnologists, each profession plays a critical role in advancing our understanding of the world and developing new technologies. As we move forward, it's important to remember that progress takes time and that meaningful change often happens one step at a time. By continuing to collaborate and push the boundaries of what's possible, we can create a better tomorrow.Thank you Djordje Stojmenovic 🙏 🙌Tomorrow Conference #innovation #opportunity #technology #community #thankyou #share #future #development #research #partnerships #help #collaboration #change #network #deeptech
